What your roof is actually covered for
As a GAF Master Elite® contractor — a standing held by a small fraction of roofing companies in North America — we can register warranties most contractors are not certified to offer. In Nova Scotia, only three contractors can issue the GAF Golden Pledge® warranty, and we are one of them.

That third row is the one worth pausing on. Most wind warranties cap out at a stated speed — which is exactly the wrong feature during a post-tropical storm. Before anything starts, we protect the property - landscaping, siding, driveway - and photograph it. During the work, our crews follow a 48-point checklist and send you photo reports as the job moves. Afterward, we run a 40-point inspection and a magnetic sweep of your grounds before we call it finished. You end up with a written record of your own roof: what was underneath, what we replaced, and what it looks like now.
